This is a great place to start for people interested in trying a mindfulness-based writing practice. The book is broken down into short chapters (1-3 pages usually) that almost read like stand-alone exercises. After you read the first couple of chapters, at least, you can really just pick up wherever your fancy takes you. I often recommend this book to people who want to bring creativity back into their lives in a meaningful way. It also a great way to work through writer’s block – even if that block has lasted many years.
